STP NS shares its successes and experiences from the “IT And AI Skills – The Most In-demand Skills For Future Employment” conference in Latvia.

The Novi Sad Science and Technology Park participated in the “IT And AI Skills – The Most In-demand Skills For Future Employment” conference, successfully organized on January 26 in Riga, Latvia. Our representatives actively engaged in a panel discussion titled “NAVIGATING FUTURE LEARNING: YOUNG PEOPLE’S EXPECTATIONS AND EXPERIENCES”.

As a representative of the Novi Sad Science and Technology Park, Vladimir Todorović, the Head of the Development Center at NTP NS, discussed the future of education in the fields of Information Technology (IT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), with a focus on preparing young people for the challenges ahead.

We are also proud of the active participation of one of our members, the WalnutFund startup, which shared its valuable experiences on growth and development.

This experience from the conference, organized by ResPolis, confirms that skills in IT and AI are crucial for future employment and that continuous learning and development are essential steps toward success.
