On May 13, 2022, the rector of the University of Novi Sad, professor Dejan Madić, PhD, and acting director of the Science and Technology Park Novi Sad Nebojša Drakulić signed an agreement on cooperation between these two institutions within the premises of STP.

The goal of the cooperation between the University and STP is to promote the development of these two institutions and strengthen their positions based on the balanced mutual use of scientific, technical and educational potential, aimed at providing modern knowledge to future staff needed by the market, primarily in the field of connecting science and economy in the field information technologies and encouraging the local startup community, which will contribute to higher quality education and the creation of personnel more apt for the labor market.

Future cooperation will include the exchange of scientific information, participation in scientific conferences organized by these two institutions, motivating University scientists to deliver lectures for STP members, and motivating STP members to give lectures for postgraduate studies’ students, as well as the realization of joint research in the field of modern technological contribution aimed at the creation of an entrepreneurial climate and other activities.
